W/dumbells my favorite is military press but for legs sumo squats or even look to see if the gym has a trap bar you can do a lot of different workouts with that bar . I think the best lift is the Deadlift it works wonders of course with good form ..

In my opinion I would say yes . Or better yet build your whole core don't just concentrate on just the abs but that's just me ..

I also have flat feet and was heavy I would get terrible shin splints and if it wasn't chin splints my calves would start hurting I did exercises for them .. Sit on a chair or something line up your heels to your knees where there straight up and down and start tapping your toes up and down like your playing a double bass…

If you find out let me know please . and how much is too much over ? My sodium intake on the app is set for 2300 i have seen it gone over sometimes 2600 .. I'm still not sure if that is a lot or not .

Thanks , for all the input It seems I tend to obsess over the little things at times .. I'm still going to continue the weighing of my food and work hard it seems to help me stay on track to completing my goals.I just need to realize it's going to take time.. Stay motivated my friends ...

Started out at around 230ish in August 2014 dropped down to 157.6 the other day .. Been kind of hanging around 160 for the past few days though . What I do? Weight train and run for cardio amongst other things ..And I try to stick to a pretty clean diet consisting of protein and vegetables & fruits and drink mainly water…

I do this , sometimes even earlier i know it's crazy but I do it before I take off work.. It makes me feel like I did something for my self I love it !!

Honestly I have changed up my whole lifestyle and eating habits .. I used to smoke cigarettes and other things and drink a ton of sodas a day .. Well I quit all of that and started running and weight training and also biking around the neiborhood and walking .. On the eating I stopped eating fried foods and i don't really…
