I have restless leg syndrome and I was given an "old wives tale" remedy which works. Put a bar of soap under your fitted sheet at the foot of your bed where your feet are. Born and raised Canadian (yup love my Tim Hortons), lived in the USA for 8 years and now living in Australia. I did notice that the portions were very large in the USA and if you were raised to clean your plate it can be a problem. I recently bought one by Berlei, it is amazing! Not sure if you can get it in the USA but it's the kind that Serena Williams wears and if it works for her, it will work for us. I cannot say enough good things about it.
