Good luck on starting your journey! If you follow the advice on here, you'll be amazed at how quickly you notice a difference! And as someone who has recently fallen off the wagon and is now getting back into it - I'm also speaking to myself! We can all do this :)

I have my Apple Watch synced to MFP and the exercise calories seem to affect my daily total differently throughout the day! Yesterday they upped my daily allowance to 2,000 and today they've knocked me down to 1,199. By tonight it will have changed again!

Hi Jennifer. I'm having a similar problem at the moment. I'm also on 1200 cal per day and have recently put on around 7lbs. I'm sure I read somewhere that when you're doing more exercise you need to increase your calorie intake, otherwise your body can go into starvation mode and hold on to fat. It could also be because…

I usually cycle to work everyday, but it's been soooo cold the last week or so! Anyway, I'm now gritting my teeth and getting back into it. 1-5 Feb 0 miles 6 Feb 13 miles (or will be by the time I've cycled home) Goal - stop being a fair weather cyclist this month!

I have also suddenly gained 4lbs almost overnight and now don't seem to able to shift it again! Very annoying!
