I hate this, it happens to all of us. Sometimes we work hard and the scale doesn’t cooperate. Then sometimes we feel like we didnt do much and then it “magically” moves. Keep at it!

Also, glad I can access the message board again. I know that not being able to get on was one of my many excuses to not care about diet/exercise this week. Well that’s one excuse I don’t have now. I know! Do you see why I’m in a weight loss support group?! I live in an area with great, yet unhealthy food. And they are all based around carbs, hahaha
