  • So I threw my back out doing yard work this weekend. Classic. Spent the past 2 months or so dealing with my mental hurdles causing lack of motivation. Then I finally get excited about working out and eating better and this happens. Determined to eat right this week but obviously i’ll be out of the daily challenge again…
