I'm in!!! I've been bingeing on the weekends without slowing down during the week...major calorie overload from alcohol. My weight loss has stalled, I think the calories saved from the booze just might get it going again :-)

I will usually have a small snack between meals, helps me to not overeat at meal time. Usually a boiled egg mid-morning, and maybe cheese or a piece of chocolate to pick me up mid-afternoon.

I drink a couple glasses of wine every night while making/eating dinner...I'm down 16 lbs and losing at a good enough pace for me. I would rather enjoy my life & maybe lose a little slower, rather than make myself go without & give in to major cravings later!!

Realizing last week that my size 18W jeans are too baggy and that I can comfortably fit into the size 16 misses in my closet :)

5'3", 204 lbs...I can wear my old size 16 & 18 pants, curious to see what I would buy new though since these have all shrunk up a little. Shirts are large / xlarge depending on the cut, as my boobs are big LOL

Infusing water overnight in the fridge with fruit, cucumbers & mint, whatever combinations you like...makes it tastier & easier to drink if the taste of plain water is the issue.

So I think that I did well...ordered chicken fajitas, only ate 2 with no extras (no cheese, only a smear of sour cream). Had a couple glasses of wine and still came pretty close to my goals.
