Hi .... This group sounds perfect for me. I'm a retired Special Education Teacher. I like to swim and garden. I started MFP again in the beginning of December and have lost about 10 lbs. Don't congratulate me; I was sick. My weight now is 216. Happy New Year and here's to a great 2020.

Weight Watchers, I find depends on the leader. I've been to meetings with great leaders and other meetings that I dreaded to go because of the leader. MFP is my choice; 24/7 availability, that's what I like.

Same thing with me. The scale is very erratic, but my clothes are getting too big. It's great to be able to pull your pants off without unbuttoning them!!
