I've found I'm eating things without logging and just shrugging my shoulders at it. Holding myself responsible for my actions is so important.

Track: Yes Under Calories: Yes Exercise: No, but got in some good steps! Goals/Day/Comments: I saw the number of the scale go up last Saturday. Not gonna lie, I wasn't too happy. With that said I did go down by one belt hole so I definitely lost something just not a scale number.
