I used http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ to calculate my calories and macros. It was right on point with what my nutritionist recommended. I'm steadily losing 1.2 lbs per week.

I drink approx. 2-3 liters of decaf iced tea per day and zero plain water. I personally try not to count caffeinated beverages (coffee, soda, etc) as part of my daily water intake.

I find I have a lot more energy with I take a B12 complex supplement. My body requires 9-10 hours of sleep (I have an autoimmune disorder) and I've had better luck with it over a multivitamin. When my daughter was that age, we fed her cereal before bed and switched her to night time diapers to keep her drier and she slept…

4 c mixed greens, 1/2 c black beans or 3 oz chicken, 1/4 c cheddar cheese, 1/4 c salsa, 1 oz crushed tortilla chips.

Quest last longer and feel denser, but I prefer the taste of pure protein.

I eat a Quaker or Nature Valley protein bar every morning for breakfast. I try not to replace lunch or dinner with one; however, I always keep a bar in my purse in case I'm going to miss a meal then I'll eat it so I'm not ravenous and overindulge later.

Any idea where you are going? That would help us provide suggestions.

I had a lot of luck with the original points program because they taught you the value of calories, fat, and fiber. The new program never taught you what made up their "point." I do a lot better in the long run when I can continue to monitor my calories, fat, etc after I'm off the WW program. I'll still occasionally revert…

Hi. I'm 5'9" and currently at 215 lbs and 18W. I started at 225 and my first goal is 180 and a size 14 or small 16. I haven't been smaller than a size 14 and 174 lbs as an adult, and I felt too skinny and at that size. I love having curves...I just don't want rolls. I'm fluid on my weight goal. I just want to feel…

Is there an actual group for Totally Tall Women or just this thread? I found a like from 2011 but it doesn't work anymore. If there is a group, will someone please post the link?

How do you post a picture in a thread?

What about focusing on ab and arm routines along with your calorie deficit? When my plantar fasciitis flares I start using machines like the arm bike. Are you allowed to swim?

I also make huge batches of crockpot beans (black and pinto--which I mash for "refried" beans). I freeze them in 1 lb cottage cheese containers. I rarely ever buy cans of black or refried beans. Less sodium and they taste sooooooo much better!

No. If you "cheat" on your lifestyle, you cheat on your health. Why not incorporate what you feel like you're missing into your meal planning? I limit eating out and try to plan ahead for days when I want homemade pizza or a decadent treat. I still eat the things I enjoy, I just limit them so I don't feel deprived. This is…

The less processed food I eat, the less flares I have. I'm also a lot more lethargic and achy if I eat a heavy carb diet.

I like baked kale chips, kimchee, and runza filling (1 lb ground beef or sausage, a head of chopped cabbage, onion, green pepper, and Italian seasoning).
-
I make my own roasted vegetable seasoning (without the salt) and I love Mrs Dash Chipotle seasoning. I rarely salt anything (it flares my GERD) but I use a lot of standard herbs depending on what I'm making. I would recommend googling homemade spices mixes and see what you can find to create your own.

It depends on the food. I find after a couple weeks of changing my eating habits, I lose my taste for sweets and chocolate. Are you eating your calorie allotment? Is it set based on MFP or did you use an outside source like a nutritionalist or IIFYM calculator to figure your calories and macros? Do you fill your plate with…

I take Vitamin B Stress Complex and Calcium.

I've been off and on steroids for 13 years and never had that problem. I also take Humira which is similar to Cimzia. I had to overlap my meds for about 6 weeks before they started reducing all the other medications, but the Humira never made me sleepy. Perhaps since you were having such an issue sleeping before your body…

Moving Comfort are AMAZING! I am a DDD and those bras even work while wet. I wore one under my swimsuit during a triathlon.

I have plantar fasciitis and in therapy I do monster walks and clam shells with bands, straight leg raises front and side, bosu ball sitting wall squats, and the total gym (leg press).

I have similar stats (5'9", 215, BF48%). I used http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ to help calculate my macros. Mine are currently set in MFP for 45%Carb/30%Fat/25%Protein and 1710 calories per day. I rarely eat back any exercise calories and I'm losing 1.2 lbs per week.

Are you only looking at calories or are you eating your macros too? This website will help you figure out and explain macros http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ Are you weighing everything? When you have less to lose you have to be incredibly precise.

I make a LOT of crockpot meals. One of my favorite sites for meal ideas is http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/ I make all my own beans and lentils. A can of black beans is $.95. A 1lb bag is $1.15 and I can get 5-6 cans worth of beans from one bag. I cook them and freeze them in cottage cheese containers. I do this for black…

Our "go to meal" is chicken breasts in the skillet w/mushrooms and peppers, lentils, and cottage cheese.

Raspberry zinger cake http://www.food.com/recipe/weight-watchers-raspberry-zinger-cake-418244 I use Pillsbury Sugar Free Cake, Sprite Zero, SF Jello, and 1/2 container Cool Whip Free and leave of the coconut. I also used 2 full eggs instead of whites or beaters. With my recipe, it made two round cakes with this and cut it…
