I would do 10 exercises, 30sec on 10sec off and 8 reps for upper body using 2-10lbs. Im 5'9 and 208lbs

Well eating less processed food has helped me in the past. The type of diet one has, has a lot to do with weight loss

Good idea. Stick to 1-2 pounds per week. And if you're concerned about losing muscle mass, add some strength training to your exercise plan. Even when the pounds are slow coming off, you'll see progress in inches lost.[/quote] Thank you!

Yes I have considered loose skin but hoping that drinking nutrient dense green smoothies and moisturizing my skin daily with natural oils will reduce that.
