Hi, I too use intermittent fasting and try to only eat between 12 - 8pm. Sometimes it's very hard especially if I exercise late which does happen when kids are around. I have found it helpful and it has stopped me suffering with indigestion and heartburn along with helping me to lose 2 stone since February 😁

Hi Aimee, Been a member on here for a long time and only used it periodically myself until this year. I am now determined to lose the weigh and have lost 2 stone so far but have much more to go.
