  • How we all doing? Day 5 partly in the books. I don't do the double workouts on Fridays (time constraints) so I will do the Cardio workout tomorrow. Oy. Log in stats this weekend on the thread - if you want. Good way to see progress and keep on track.

  • Ooh abs - it was sooo hard to get up off the floor to do the cardio parts. LOL my abs were sore from yesterday. Most of my issue is actually getting into the routine of working out in the morning before work. Getting it done though! :smiley:
  • I'm all for that. The scale never tells the whole story! I measured on Monday (sooo depressing...yikes) and will remeasure Sunday night - takes up less time than trying to get it done before the 6 am workout. :)
  • We gotta stick together - all us cool kids. ;) 46er here - Started Focus T25 on Monday, teach Zumba 4 x week - gotta hit it hard between now and mid-February.
  • Hmm ok just for today: 1. I will STOP beating myself up over the extra weight 2. I will just push PLAY and get it done! 3. I will stick to my eating plan (and quit thinking I'm hungry when I'm not)
  • Oy - I need something to support my wrists for the pushups and planks. Wussy wrists are painful with all those after Day 3. Yowza.

  • As a Zumba fanatic (and now instructor) - you can lose weight with Zumba (add in a weight regiment for toning). My husband lost 70 pounds. Cardio plus weights plus healthy diet = weight loss.   • I do "other" workouts but not anything Beachbody (Zumba 4x week - I instruct it)

  • Oh awesome! More of you are starting T-25 this week! This is my second time doing it (first time was over a year ago) - we did Day 1 this morning, Cardio. Forgot how much it kicks my butt in 25 minutes! Following the Insanity meal plan. As for tracking, would it be worthwhile to add it as new exercise? Hmmm...
