It's March 2 - where is everyone?! We just restarted Week One this morning - not any easier than it was the first time. LOL
-
Sounds like everyone is keeping it up! Great job! Just back off vacation and since we left right before we would have started Beta, we decided to start Alpha all over again. Ugh. LOL I think I'd prefer to jump onto Beta but the hubby said Alpha so Alpha it is. ;)
-
So finished up Alpha round one. But since we are going on a cruise next week for vacation, we are jumping back to week one Alpha rather than starting on Beta. Keep it up - y'all got this!
-
Hooray for progress! dmwilliamson - better mood? even better. Skinny4me2be - nice!
-
Baby steps - slow and steady. :) I am noticing more change in clothing than anything else... i WILL stay on track! #determination

Still fighting... last week of Alpha but we plan to start Alpha all over (so next week is Week One again) then we have a week vacation, then plan to hit it hard again upon our return. Between now and then, I HAVE to stick to it - the Caribbean will be swimsuits and shorts so... Keep at it - you all can do this!
-
weight is not the end all be all for sure. i'm not losing a TON however, i am noticing clothes fitting better - measurements are a better indicator. maybe choose 3 measurements, waist, hips, chest and measure every other week. I think you'll be very surprised at the results.
-
Agree with the above- the most accurate is to get a heart rate monitor with the chest strap (the others are still not as accurate) but total accuracy is only really important if you plan to eat back all the calories you burn. otherwise, underestimate and no worries.
-
Me too. Feedback would be great - I've done Insanity, doing T25 for the second time. Would love to hear more about Insanity Max 30 works and it's program.
-
Down 1.5 pounds - I am starting to notice slight differences in how the clothes fit so that's a good thing. Keep it up everyone! Might be a slow go but it's the better way to get there. YOU GOT THIS!
-
could NOT drag myself up early this morning to do the T25 cardio so I get that to look forward to AFTER work. Oy vey...
-
I feel guilty when I replace my T25 cardio workout and JUST do my zumba one instead. Both cardio but still - .... That said, you gotta listen to your body. If you are exhausted, is it better or worse to try and push through...
-
You could always repeat Alpha for another round, then go to Beta. Form is key - I've been trying to keep my knees up higher - which is a toughie for me! Total Body Hell today - lordy that kicks my butt (and my wrist is giving me issues so I need to figure out a better way to modify the pushups and planks or get wrist wrap…
-
downward is good. are you taking measurements as well?
-
anyone else get cramping in their calves when they do lower body focus? not burning but feels like their calves are cramping and very very tight?
-
We started a group just for T25 support. Join in if you like! http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/101616-t-25-focus-2015 Accountability (and mutual moaning and groaning...). :)
-
hahaha - I hear that. I teach Zumba but this stuff makes me feel completely uncoordinated!
-
Ok - here goes: Weight: -2.5 lbs Chest: -1" Waist: -1" Hips: -.25" So far so good - results are coming slowly but surely!
-
Monnix39 - I do Shakeology but only because I have it on hand - I don't do it every day though. As to my eating, more than a year ago (I think) I did the Insanity program - I liked their eating program so that's what I do. It's eating every three hours, and my personal figures (they have a formula) give me 1800 calories…
-
Nice job! I will report in on Sunday. *fingers crossed*
-
Down 6 from last week. Don't expect to see that every week but I'll take it week one.
-
Next week I will detail out a bit more on the losses - I like seeing the stats, not only weight loss but inches too! :D
-
:) Wall pushups and you can do the spider pushups against the wall too - planking? not so much. LOL I NAILED Speed 1.0 today - not sure what happened but BAM! Tomorrow is a whole other story. BrendSherwood - You got this! :) skinny4me2be and monnix39 - it's not how we start, it's how we finish (oh and that we actually…
-
Planks and those whole shoulder taps? Oy vey! I feel ya! I had to do wall pushups this morning (wrist was killing me so that didn't help)
-
down 5 lbs (tho i tribute that to some "female" bloating last week...lol) I lost I'm sure in inches as well however, I'm not sure we measured in exactly the same spots as last week as some seemed to have "inched" up.
-
Welcome - wonderful to see such great results. Hoping I get the same! :)
-
I prefer evening, energy is higher as I'm more awake. But I've been doing mornings to see if my body can deal with early and get it done before the day starts. :) I am NOT a morning person.
-
Didn't do the double day yesterday - did the Cardio this morning followed by teaching an hour of Zumba. Now to stay off my munchies during football - tough to do. Used to snacking during the games.
-
Great job everyone! Love seeing the results - fingers crossed I get similar ones on Sunday at my first week check-in. :)

Yes what Lisa said - just remember to listen to what your body is telling you. There might be times you NEED to slow it down - do it. Otherwise, we risk injury.
