  • I'm 33 and have 4 kids (7, 5, 3, 1). I'm 5'4" and around 138 lbs right now which is on the high side for me. I need to get to around 125. I've just begun the exercise journey with yoga a few times a week and cardio 5x per week. Trying to net around 1,200 calories, but finding this very hard as I'm always hungry.
