  • I don't like plain sour cream, but add some dry ranch dressing mix to light sour cream and I can have 30 grams (more than enough for my salads) for 45 cals. Tastes way better than light ranch dressing and for a lot less calories.
  • I'm 5'1 and am eating 1300 a day, but I still have about 25 lbs to lose. I agree that fat and protein are key for me to keep the cravings away. I can deal with hunger, but the cravings are much harder to fight
