From what several Dr's have told me, having under active thyroid (Hypothyroidism) means that we gain weight quicker than average but, that if levels are maintained through medication, weight loss should not be any more difficult than for the average person. Been dealing with my Thyroid for a decade. Currently on 200mcg on…

I've done pickle relish which works pretty well, if maybe a bit salty. Mustard works too, I'm trying salsa next time.

Yep, this finally worked for me. My wife talked my ear off about it for many years. But she finally started working out and getting into shape. She motivated me a lot by getting up at 430 every morning to go workout. Show him and he'll come around. My wife gets a lot more attention from men now, and I actually notice it. I…

I assure you that, for most straight men, we don't care what you wear. And for those of us trying to lose weight and/or get in shape we care even less. Women care immensely what other women wear. In my short time at my gym that seems to be the number one topic (other womens clothes choices). I'd shoot for comfort first but…

Good job dude, what did you do? What brought about the need/want for change?

Thanks, I knew someone would get "it". I think Minx is still confused though. *googles "sportbikeforums + thong thread"* <whistles>looking away<whistles>

No, not possibly. Always. Always boobies.

Excuse? I like the taste of fast food and coke better than every other food I've eaten. I've been making the wrong choice.

Another vote for salsa. I like it on my eggs too.

Or something else. That's all I think of when I see people do lingering pulls on those toys. Men and women, I can only imagine you smoking my pole. I know, weird.

Yesterday. But that was only one thigh. Boom!

Ha-Ha we're off topic! I win!!!!!!

So, I have to revise my rule of T&A about threads? Crap.

LOL at an adult being entirely clueless as to what internet forums are for/about/how they operate in the year 2015. nb; I've been on internet forums since about 2000. The only threads, and I mean the only threads, that stay on topic are the ones where guys posts pictures of tits and *kitten*. That's it. All others are…

1. Coke 2. Coke 3. Coke What else is there? I'm trying to stay away from regular soda as much as I can, and only do a diet soda every once in a while if the cravings are bad. Did I mention the only one and true soda/pop? Coke Yes, Coke it is.

What if she puts out?

I have hypothyroidism, I'm a male. Should I seriously change to a female doctor? Never heard that the thyroid was a female part of the body. Is this like having a uterus? No wonder I'm moody a lot ;)

Sorry to chime in but my wife is 5'10. She was up to almost 290lbs and is now down to 177lbs. I think she looks absolutely stunning but her goal is 165lbs. I really think on you ladies it depends on your body type and by your very nature of being taller than the average woman you can carry more weight and still look great.…

Sorry to see nobody is replying to your post. Just about everyone is down in the Chit Chat forums playing grabass. Perhaps if you can post something incredibly witty like "Sleep with the above poster (Truth!) now!" like that you can get thousands of hits. Again, sorry for the lack of replies good luck on your journey.

My son is a gamer, and I'll tell you the same thing I tell him (about life not just weight loss). Pretend that you (as in the real you, IRL) is a 1st level Crusader from Diablo III. You need to level up YOU. How do you level up? Experience, fighting, adventure, quests, practice, eating right, exercise, sports, play, etc.…

When you hit the flag button it gives you a dropdown to choose which kind of flag you want applied to that particular post. And, it most certainly can be removed (by the same user who set the flag). No, when a post is flagged it's done 100% on purpose.

Don't forget the "scaremocumentaries" that seem to reel fish...I mean people in by the millions.
-
Good luck dude, you can do it. Scrap the High School Football nutrition knowledge though, chances are that it was all *kitten* anyway. Read a lot here (lurk) and you'll find many of things you were taught were mind numbingly embarrassingly wrong. Open mind, shut mouth (hehehe eat less) and you'll reach your goal!

Which type of pollen allergy do you have? Not all fruits and vegetables cross react with all types of pollen.

Norman Ernest Borlaug My niece is all over the GMO thing like white on rice. She goes to rallies, watches "documentaries" *snicker*, and reads lots of self fulfilling articles about the horrors of GMO's. Smokes the hell out of the most genetically modified plant in the world however.…

Notice the appeal to emotion fallacy she utilizes. She smelled her Mom's smoke, even though its scientifically impossible. You can't tell her that...She smelled it. End of story. These kinds of threads are difficult, people want to believe in unicorns...

"Superstition is the religion of the feeble-minded." That'd be a no from me as well.
