@the_comeback: I had surgery to both knees nearly 100 lbs ago. I think that I have something scrubbing the back of my knee cap. Did you have any recovery issues? I cannot kneel without pain and legs are significantly weaker. The injuries happened over 25 and 30 yrs ago. Any insight will help.
