I've only been on here seriously for about 7 weeks...but I have a tablespoon handy whenever I'm doing good prep/having snacks etc. Sauces and dressings can be FULL of extra added preservatives/sugars/not so good fats so it's important to include that. I find on MFP a lot of people are concentrating SO hard on their calorie…

I eat pretty "clean" and have lost 20lbs in 1 month or so. I went from eating loaves of Panera bread with broccoli cheddar soup to having breasts of chicken on a bed of spinach for lunch. I have some great ideas for pre-post workout snacks too so let me know. :) Add me everyone! I'd love the support.
