Black bean pasta, edamame pasta.. "Low carb" just means more chemicals. You're better off with a spaghetti squash or no pasta at all. Also anything whole grain isn't great for you either. I've cut out all grains and have lost 31 pounds in 2 months. There are other options for side dishes :)

Thank you! I cut out all grains and most dairy from my lifestyle. I eat all organic: lean protein, vegetables, dried and fresh fruits, nuts, protein shakes, quest bars/chips and drink around 100oz of water per/day.. I stopped eating things like panera bagels/scones/cookies/lemonades as after work snacks and started eating…

I have lost 31 pounds in 8 weeks. I drink nothing but 1/2 my weight in OZ of water per day. That is all.

organic: peanut butter, celery, apples, bananas, dried apricots, chicken breasts, 93% lean ground beef, romaine, hummus, peppers, quest protein bars!!!, baby spinach, raisins, tuna fish, greek yogurt, almond milk ... the list goes on. add me to be friends and cheer each other on!

I got 3 feet of snow last week. I assume that I burned at least 1000 calories shoveling it all as it took 2 hours.

I ONLY drink water. 1/2 my body weight in OZ per day. I.e.- my today weigh in was 206lb, I will drink 103oz today. I'm down 31 pounds in 2 months exactly. Add me if you want to support each other in this hard journey!!

I HATED going to planet fitness. I was just a number, there were loads of rude members and the "water beds" are not worth it. Some people just hate the taste/smell of fish. I agree that a fish-oil supplement (gel capsule or chewy from GNC) will give you some great nutrients, I take them and also eat fish weekly. Good luck, you can totally do it.

I just get Wegmans (its the grocery store out here) organic creamy PB. I'll have 2tbsp tops per/day.

No need to add excess sugar to your diet than what's already in your foods. I try to only eat the sugar that's in my fruits, veggies and things like peanut butter. My protein powders/bars only have 2g added sugars at most.

I had that problem at first too! There are foods that are good for you that still have ~100 calories per serving! Feel free to add me and see my meal/snack choices! Also, having 3 meals and then smaller meals in between helps. I have breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, pre/post workout and a small dinner.

I use 8oz of almond milk with my protein shakes every day... If milk is a major source of protein for your diet you've got bigger issues.
