I agree with clh72569 - the hardest part IS mental. Once I made the commitment to myself, the rest is just kind of falling into place. I'm 63 and I'm down 60 pounds since the first of the year.

I belong to a small group (6 of us) that get together once a week. I've put my scale away & use their's . I also measure once a month.
