I completely switched my schedule and stayed on it as much as possible. So 7am=7pm.so I just ate normal meals and snacks at normal intervals, just flip am and pm.

Don't do it. You will gain all the weight back and you know it just eat healthy and exercise a little! A change in Lifestyle not cleanses or fads will get you where you want to be!
