  • 1200 shows up on myfitnesspal if you are around 150cm or 4'11 to 5'2ish and you want to lose 2 pounds or 1kg a week. It's not for everybody! It works for me because my BMR is about 1100 cals so that means 1200 is more than I need. I suggest working out your BMR and work out how much food you actually need to live. Then…
