I have heard they banned ephedrine. Our bodies are different...... you can try eating more often with smaller meals..... This is what I do and it works for me :) using this App, set your goals.... break your calorie intake up into 6 meals..... eat every 3 hours and a tiny itty bitty snack before bed........ it works for me, I'm down 39lbs of fat...... I have been successful by just by counting calories strictly. With a Friday cheat day and no exercise (just what I get at work) it takes longer and the scale will fluctuate....in 7 months I lost 39lbs of fat........ patience and commitment. Eating healthy is hard..... and blows...... its not what you eat. but, how much...... you can have so much success by eating what you enjoy...... it is a simple process of using this app and strictly following your calories......
