  • Lmao...I love this!
  • That's very admirable that you thought to do it to set an example for your family, especially you're daughter. Don't know about plans over the next few months, probably stick with the plan, incorporate a few new lifts in delete a few old ones, also gradually continue to increase the speed and distances of my runs
  • We get paper towels and a spray bottle : /
  • Ya but she'll be winded in seconds lol
  • Ya its weird when they creep on you. When other machines are available but most smokers can't smell themselves because they're used to it so they probably don't realize...I don't like the smell either :s . idk how you would address that though lol...then again I'm pretty passive to an extent
  • I don't wipe down every single thing like some of the people...spend half their time going back and forth to spray and paper towels...if I run on treadmill or see sweat on the bench or machine after my sets iI will wipe with disinfectant but other than that I don't go insane with it...also I'm not a germ freak but don't…
  • I had a weird reaction once...if anyone is familiar with imos pizza, the one by my house has a buffet...anyway I had been eating super clean for months and no cheat meals, went to buffet for my first cheat, was super excited. So I started chowing down, ten mins in I started sweating badly got dizzy and light headed...a few…
  • One to add...I know heavy weights from certain positions may need to be dropped but stop dramatically throwing your dumbbells just to get noticed lol o,o and not re racking is disrespectful and that eats at me the most, or the guy that pours sweat all over the treadmill and leaves it...wow I have more pet peeves than I…
  • Ya or if you like the more dramatic then go with monthly, if you can wait that long...week to week you'll notice little then a little then a little and then youll take week 20 say back to week 1 pic and that is when you'll really say wow...GL!
  • Lol, bb.com is almost a little ridiculous... Someone asks a question because they legitimately are trying to learn and people just beraid them and call them noob
  • The scale will tell lies if you're building muscle/losing fat at the same time (which is difficult task anyways) best judge is bi weekly photos After waking before water and food IMO then compare and contrast. Scale should be used, but bi weekly, weekly at most...just don't fully digest what the scale tells you because if…
  • O I know...I've just changed things, and played with form and take in all advice on knees and shoulders...my problem areas from many years of football and being heavier to accommodate my joints with extra mileage

  • I stick with high protein, quickly digestable foods such as, protein shake, Greek yogurt, protein pudding...I personally like peanut butter and bananas too but a little higher in calories
  • I was told not to let your knees go out forward past your toes while going down...shoot butt back, chest out, no knees past toes...then when you're coming up drive weight with heels...will take a lot of pressure off of your knees

  • Agree with 48-72 hrs...muscles cannot grow if they don't have time to recover...so IMO you'll be burning calories still but being counterintuitive on muscle building
  • $35/month...$50 if you have unlimited tanning...I live in rural area...next closest gym is about 20 mins away so no competition, but I'm OK with what I pay, seems reasonable
  • Ya 748 seems high.I run 6.5 mph for 30 mins and walk 3.5 for 10 min cool down usually and burn right around 700 and I tip the scales at 265 lbs so I burn a lot faster with more weight, so I'd say 350 sounds more reasonable IMO.
  • Well I guess if for nothing else a mental break will be good and light a new fire rather than walking through a routine..my last few workouts felt like I couldn't get motivated and was forcing myself through the workout (horrible feeling) which leads to being dissapointed and crabby for rest of day lol.when usually I go…
  • Congrats buddy...keep up the good work
  • So just going 50% or light weights focusing on form and movent will allow adequate recovery? And how long do you generally deload?
  • Ya I always knew you grow while you rest not as you lift and give muscle groups 3-4 days before hitting that group again but this said that over long periods of lifting it takes a toll on CNS and a week off every 12-18 weeks with no lifting and no cardio will respark your gains and your motivation...but ya its killing me…
