Welcome! I'm just 5 weeks in and already feeling soooo much better! The first few weeks were the hardest, but now that I've got some momentum going, is much easier to stay on track. I'll add you :)

I didn't at first, but now I try to eat back around half the calories I burn. The weight seems to be dropping quicker now that I fuel up properly.

My sugar cravings have subsided ALOT after avoiding it for about a month. Fruit is a good coping tool but it still takes alot of willpower.

One of my exs was only into bigger women and he really did hate it when I went from 150 to 113lbs. He was much more jealous, paranoid, and possessive after I lost the weight. He wasn't a mentally stable person though, and my weight loss wasn't what ended the relationship, but his attitude about it was a big factor. My…

Feel free to add me! I'm really set on a home birth, so I'm trying to get in the best shape I can before we TTC. Also my little brother and his wife are having a baby in September, and they eat horrendously. I want to be a good example for my little nephew, I want him to have nutritional guidance I didn't have growing up.…

It's a million times easier to replace a bad habit with a good one, then it is to try and just stop a bad habit. I second what tinkerbellang83 posted, gotta figure out the why. Sugar cravings were super hard for me all the time at first. Maybe have a banana with peanut butter as a post workout snack, or a frozen fruit…

Working out has been the only thing that keeps my depression in check and prevents me from having low points. For me, workouts are my treatment for depression.

My bf ordered from Dominos and I didn't gorge myself! I ate 1 slice of pizza and had 4 parmesan bread bites (normally I'd eat the whole 16 piece order of them) Super proud of myself!

Shortie here as well! 5 foot nothing. This time around my starting weight was 138, but the heaviest I've been was 180. My goal weight is 115, and I'm currently about 133. Feel free to add me I'd love to have more fitness friends in my height and calorie range! My food diary is open to friends as well :)

I'm 5 foot nothing and was 180lbs at my heaviest when I was a teenager. Dropped down to 113 after being homeless for a couple years, but then started gaining it back when I got off the street. That was about 6 years ago, I'm currently 135 and trying to get to 115. Feel free to add me, I know the short girl struggle lol

Same boat here!

I'm in the same boat! I'm on day 10 this time around. I feel like getting back on the horse is so much harder each time. Determined to stick with it this time!
