  • If you don't log exercise you don't get any extra calories, just your daily goal calories.

  • I got spoiled on well water, now it's all I drink. OP, I grew up on Coke then became a mountain dew addict and NEVER drank water for years. It took a lot of discipline, but I gave up the sodas entirely and now just drink black coffee, water, and the occasional beer. If I can do it, there's hope for everyone! :)

  • YUP! The cut off is 1500 for men and 1200 for women. I'm in the same boat, I can't loose more than a pound a week without sacrificing basic nutrition. There's nothing wrong with slow and steady loss, gives the skin time to tighten up as you loose anyways. :)
