  • If you put your arm straight down your body and rotate your hand 180 degree so your palm faces outwards you'll feel your tricep muscle. I think what you are feeling is a "bingo wing" i suffer this badly. Tricep dips and tricep extentions are the best way to tone them up, tricep dips can be done on the edge of your sofa…
