Mine is open to friends only cause that's the setting that one started with and I'm too lazy to change it. My exercises come up on my feed for the same reason. I'm too lazy to change the settings. Lol

All of them! I go to the gym 3 days a week. Arms, legs, core. I run twice a week and do an exercise dvd every day. At the moment I alternate between Carmen Electra's fit to strip dvd and The surfer girl dvd (a cheapie but awesome one I picked up at a garage sale)

I'm notjumping back in the wagon, but i just wanted to say welcome back! And woah 13lbs in 3 weeks!! Holy *kitten* that's a huge effort. I'm restarting weighing my foods again. I'll hopefully see the scales move that way

Me? I would have gone to bed lol. But woken up ravenous. However depending on your calories then yeah eat whenever you like. The eating 3 hours before bed doesn't bother me. But different things work for different people
