I discovered that I could wear high heels that used to ache and I would blame the design of the shoe but when I had lost my weight I realized I was so much lighter on my feet that it was no longer painful. That was a huge "oh yeah" moment.

I did an RPM class this morning and hit 126RPM and held it for the duration of the sprint. Last week was only able to get about 115 but this past week I resolved to drink less, calorie count and sleep more. It seems to be paying dividends so I am pretty pleased :)

I'm a 12F and even I have issues keeping them in/down but what works best for me is 2 sports crops which compress and then a workout singlet with the extra insert compression inside.
