I'm doing pretty good with no alcohol!! If I have to slip for some special occasion I am drinking vodka seltzers but am avoiding ladies nights !! No more pressuring me into going :) bad news is that I really haven't lost much weight so I am also focusing on logging all my calories in MFP ! :)

That's awesome !! I try to attend the fitness classes at the YMCA if it works around my schedule. I'm training for my first half marathon and I took the weekend off of running so back at it today ! I'm aiming to lose 2 more pounds by next Tuesday !!

That's ok!! New day new week! I also slipped on some alcohol and had a long island during the football game but I considered that my cheat day. When you guys are tracking your calories burned during your workout are you consuming more than what your calorie intake is normally set at for that day ? Or are you figuring in the workout calories to consume more in your diet ?

I'm in! I don't think I would be able to have absolutely no alcohol because it appears to come up too often with get togethers with friends and I don't want to miss out entirely, especially when I'm from Wisconsin ;) my goal is to drink once a week and when i do drink i will drink vodka seltzers with lemons to limit…
