2/16/16 SL5X5 - B Squat: 5x5 @ 70lb OHP: 5x5 @ 45lb DL: 1x5 @ 115lb I slept weird on my wrist. I woke up and my hand was bent back under my head (I sleep on my arms). So, my wrist was bugging me a bit. I attempted upping OHP to 50lb. I got 2 reps in and that's all she wrote. lol

When I first started SL5X5 a few months ago, before I took a break and restarted, OHP was the WORST. 35lb bar was a struggle and I would fail with 40lbs. If you're not very hungry during the day, but still eating light meals you should be able to work in that late night hunger into your calorie goals. If you've tried eating enough during the day to keep you full at night and it's still not working then fit in your late night eating into your calorie goal. It doesn't matter…
