I have been making smoothies as well. Pineapples, apples, spinach, ginger and water. The ginger gives it a good kick. I don't use any protein. Not sure if I should be.

I read all the post and have been reading them from the beginning. I call it like I see it. Making it seem like the gym is a place you can tap someone on the shoulder and they kindly accommodate you is crap. That is why there are gyms like planet fitness advertising "Judgment Free Zone". Call me what you want.

Gym life is hard. You have to find a way to insert yourself in there in order to get a consistent work out. I say try early morning or late night and avoid the gym rats. Can't be mad at them.

I had a shake for breakfast and lunch. I just buy fruits and vegetables I like and make my own shake. Sometimes I may add protein but that is very rare. I take my vitamins along with my shake and that does me well. I say buy the things you like and come up with our own shakes. Sorry I can't comment on shakeology. I don't…

I was reading just last week the apple cider vinegar (1part and 3parts water) can help with that. Of course you would want use it during your night time brushing before bed.

Goals for Everyday for now on: Be intentional in my eating habits. Change my eating habits to more healthy choices. Goals for Today: 30 minutes on the Elliptical 30 circuit training 30 minutes just for abs. Continue drinking my lemon water. Eat my grilled ribs for dinner with no guilt because I earned it! BTW I am starting Jullian's 6 week 6 pack abs level. I was winded and only did 15 minutes. Has anyone tried this?
