I was starting to feel bad because everyone started so small (at least in my book!). My highest was 315, and I'm at a size 22. It's amazing how different bodies at the same height and weight can be different sizes!

Find something that you like to do that can occupy your hands (knit, needlepoint, cross stitch, word searches, etc.) and suck on a hard candy when you get started. It really helps me.

I'm currently at 311 and I've set my target (for now) at 200. I've lost about four pounds, which isn't saying much, but that's after about a week and a half of calorie counting and a FitBit. Ideally, I would love to be in the 150 range, but I'm just taking it one day at a time. Feel free to add me, as well.
