  • If you are interested in the microbiome and what to take, I'd suggest reading Dr Purlmutter's book "Brain Maker" which discusses this topic and gives some suggestions on how to make your own foods and feed your microbiome the nutrients it needs for your good bacteria to flourish.

  • Target has some "swim trunks" which are shorter in length (better for swimming), stretchy in the waist and look more like traditional swimwear rather than surfing board shorts or swim team style tighties. Look online as I don't think they have them in stores.
  • I'd suggest the P90X from BeachBody, similar to T25 but more muscle building. It uses dumbbells, resistance bands and a pull up bar.
