Well I am 53 now and no period for about 1 year. Yipeee!!! But I have gained approx 15 extra pounds and I am now trying to lose it. I am eating healthier but only lost about 2 lbs so far. I try to exercise at least 4 times a week. I get hot flashes or night sweats at night about 3 or more. I just try to go with the flow.…
