Well at first I did a all protein shake diet for 15 days it was hard as hell but I lost 14 lbs then I just cut my meals in half and lots of water.. Excersice well mainly walking and elliptical now I need to start with weights to build muscle

Tnx guys I'm so excited it took about 8 months but yeah it feels great I just limit and cut everything in half I did not deprive my self but I also did not overdue it..
