I found that the different brands/type of stevia taste completely different. I like Truvia in my coffee and stevia drops in my iced tea. I'm using Swerve in my baking.

I think I may just have to do 'his' and 'mine'.... or just mine. the chocolate crust for my no bake cheesecake tonight was so good, my 7 year old ate the crust he didn't eat with finger-licking delight.

Meatballs. I had them for dinner tonight. They save well. Hard boiled eggs -- good by themselves or mixed up as egg salad

Don't you have to have a special kitchen tool for the zoodles? I was thinking of getting one closer to the summer and use my parent's over abundance of fresh zucchini for them.

and being a logic based person, I think it would be cool if we could track the data . Spreadsheet with pounds lost per week and then indicators of data points that would be interesting to see what the results are.

I saw some fat bomb recipes with it.

I'm upping the sodium to see if that helps. I just got done drinking a coffee with 1/2 tsp pink salt added to it. I am putting extra salt on everything I eat. How do you track your sodium intake? measure it before you put on your food? I see the range, what is it 2000- 5000? Other than what shows up in the MFP tracking, I…

'Fat Bombs' are amazing to help get the fat % up without additional protein.

I don't have enough experience to answer that question. May I suggest that you post another discussion with a title that will get the pros to help you out? 'Looking for protein macro advice for stall ' maybe? If you track your diet in MFP, it helps for the more seasoned people to look at it. If not, you might want to…

Have you used the keto calc? http://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/ I think this group showing me that calculator is going to be the biggest part of my success. I tried Atkins about 10 years ago. I know now it didn't work so well for me after a month because I was eating too much protein.

I was hoping to increase total electrolytes without having to take any more pills. This seemed like it addressed all/most? Of the minerals that need to be supplemented for the Keto flu.

I am hypothyroid as well. I actually have hoshimoto's and am dealing with thyroid cancer. one big thing, be consistent with when the meds are taken. I take mine at night two hours after any food and no calcium rich stuff in four hours. Coffee impacts absorption as well. A lot of people take it first thing in the morning,…

I'm eating a whole pickle a day and putting more salt on my food than I used to.

I feel pretty good. Not hungry, which is great! the parmesan sounds really good on the chicken. I'll try that this week. I have 91 pounds to lose or from a size 22 to size 8, which ever comes first. :-) If I don't track my food, I think I would end up overeating my proteins(which would then kick me out of ketosis). I did…

I saw a bariatric doctor once. He said that a high percentage of people that get the surgery end up having their gallbladder out. I never got the surgery. I did have my gallbladder out two years ago. I am day 7 on LCHF. No issues other than the ones I've had since day one. (Lettuce bugs me). My gallbladder was removed due…

check out the keto calculator. I found it to be amazing. http://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/ I had no idea about the proteins kicking you out of ketosis if you have too many of them and it gives you minimum to make sure you don't lose muscle.
