  • There is a handy calorie calculator here in MFP http://www.myfitnesspal.com/exercise/calories-burned/les-mills-bodypump-23059328. I put in Body Pump for 45 mins, says i burned about 350 Cal. Calculates the calorie burn based on your current weight.
