Oh, also, for sandwiches, you can prep tuna salad or chicken salad, etc and keep it in containers then just put it on bread when you're ready to use it.

I prep salads, it makes it so much easier to have a healthy lunch. Chop up all your veggies, grilled chicken, eggs, fruits, nuts, etc. Portion them out and stick them in a quart-size ziplock bag, then put in your lettuce/spinach etc. For example today I had one that I made with: 2 oz low-sodium ham, 1 slice Swiss cheese, 6…
