  • I have the same exact problem. when I do 25-30 grams of protein per meal and get at least 25 grams of fiber a day, drink water, blah blah blah I feel like I can eat a small child within a couple of hours of my meal. If I have a slice of cheese pizza for lunch, I could go for hours before eating again. I think its my stress…
