Me too! I had very snotty cold last week (and teething toddler meaning little sleep) so didn't feel up to any exercise although did ok with food. So am also doing week 5 of alpha this week. Didn't do tbc today went to the gym and did a tough hour circuits class instead! I see from the schedule we have tbc twice more this…

I know it's hard but try not to be disheartened. I'm no expert but could it be you've gained muscle? Have you been measuring too? If not how do clothes feel? Could be good indicators even if the scale is not showing it? Don't give up I'm sure the results will come :smile:

No weight change for me either, but not surprising as I went away for a couple a days this week and while I kept up with the exercise I completely fell off the diet wagon (lots of red wine and cheese!). At least I didn't gain and back to eating well again now :smile:

Measurements were broadly the same as last week but I lost 2lbs.

1600 calories a day too low for me. I worked out bmr and calorie need (using the insanity nutrition plan calculations too) and my calorie need is 2300 so eating 1900 to get a bit of a deficit from diet. Great results, well done! Mine are: Weight -2lbs Waist -1 1/4 inch Thigh -1 inch Chest and arm stayed the same. Looking forward to doing the stretch dvd tomorrow, and to week 2!
