I'm not purposely not eating more calories. I am purposely cutting out sugar and most carbs, specifically to get the blood sugar more under control. That being said, I'm eating more meat, proteins and veggies. I find myself just not hungry after eating some of those things. I'm not stopping myself from eating more calories…
