I have been exploring MFP throughout the day. I don't think you need to weigh yourself everyday. I think under the exercise tab there is a spot that says "check in" and there you can put in weekly measurements. I too think daily would be discouraging, but once a week or maybe even every other week would be good.

January Resolutions: 1. Pack lunch everyday 2. Eat a little something for breakfast 3. Make it to Curves at least 3x's a week I thought it would be best to start with a smaller time frame than jump into a whole new year. I am hoping that if I do this, I can make new ones each month while keeping the previous ones.
