Hey, I lost 25 kg last year eating 1200 calories a day. I would advise not eating that little .. my hair fell out and I looked so unhealthy. I then gradually increased my calories to maintain to 1500 and then to 1700 over 4 months and then I ended up putting 10 kg back on. I am now losing weight again, not so fast but…

I used to wash mine everyday but for the last few months I have reduced it to twice or three times a week and it now does not get greasy in between anymore, whereas before it would get greasy after leaving it one day.

I'm also trying to lose weight whilst carrying out my PhD, but I'm not writing my thesis yet .. My bachelors and masters dissertations are the reason I want to lose weight in the first place.
