Everything we all eat and drink.... Is going to kill us. Do you know someone who has lived forever? I sure don't.

You can make logical guesses. There are lots of database entries. Did the cake have lots of frosting.. pick a higher entry. Some entries have measurements one inch by one inch... You can double it. Everything will be made with lots of sodium if it's instant food (it's got to keep). However, is there an omelette making…

Of all the things I cut out.. I never cut out 0 calorie things, as they make me happy. When I'm happy it's easier to pass up calorie rich drinks/foods. I never get sweet cravings from my Coke Zero, but if you do, then you have to adjust. Having my sweet 0 calories makes it easier for me to not need more sweet things

Diet mountain dew all the time! Love it! 5 calories/can.. it fits in my day.
-
I find my Fitbit also hugely over estimates. Most days it's at 3500+ calories. There's no way I can eat that much and lose (I have it set to lose weight). I do eat quite a bit though as I'm very active... Just not that much

26, 000 average 30k weekdays (work mostly) I walk a lot 16k ish weekends.
-
No children. Mirena since February. CICO works like it always has for me. (As in if I overeat I gain, when I track and eat less than I burn I lose).

Just under 5'6" (is that close??) SW b4 mfp 240 SW (on mfp) 220 CW 158 GW 144 However I think 135 may be better but we'll see. I lift and work in a physically demanding job so who knows what will look best. Will keep evaluating while I lose the weight.

I gain .5 lbs on the second weigh in almost every time.. I just add.5 to the first number and call it a day (personally). Occasionally I'll step on it twice as it takes all of 10 seconds to do so.. but it's been like that for years so I just accept mine.
-
I'm curious too. I have a Fitbit charge hr... And I feel it gives me a lot of calories. I'm set to sedentary. Have negative calories allowed. 1 lb a week loss. I get 1270. But Fitbit then adds 1800+ calories for me to eat. Am I really suppose to eat that total? 3070.... Seems crazy high. I weigh 160 ish get 30000+ steps…

On mfp I change my protein to 30% same with fat and my carbs to 40. Seems to keep me full for the most part!

Packets still need to be weighed for accuracy (they can be up to 20% off I believe) At first it will all be overwhelming. There are stickies at the tip with lots of great information. There's one to help you with accurate logging practices. (How to find the right entries) Once you log for a bit.. I promise you it does get…

Diet mountain dew.. all the time. Crystal light and nestea zero. I hate water plain. I occasionally drink it when I'm really thirsty but not often
-
Stay consistent. I go through periods where I'm honest I eat within my calories etc etc...But then I go off for a bit... Then a bit turns into days.. days to weeks.

Here's me on fitbit. I often start workweek and weekend challenges (if you like that sort of thing) Feel free if anyone wants to add me. https://www.fitbit.com/user/4RB5KZ

I'm brand new (had it 4 days) but I love the idea of competitions, just not sure how to use all the features yet. https://www.fitbit.com/user/4RB5KZ

I strength train 2 times a week for about 50 minutes. Once a week at 1.5 hours (different type of workout than the other days). However I also do a ton of cardio (teach zumba) and do yoga 2 times a week too.

I love my doctor. He's blunt like this. When I went in years ago because of a foot thing he plain out told me. "You're fat that's why" And he was right too.
-
Cringe? I would be jumping for joy! Nom nom food (more protein to keep those muscles!!) I think the biggest winner is who can eat the most and still lose weight (with very little loss to muscle). That's my goal anyway!
-
Been losing steadily with mirena. When I ate too much I gained. Sex drive is still roaring lol so good that way too (saw a few mentions of it diminishing in others) So far only good has come from mine (super light periods)

Had all you can eat sushi last night.. .and wine. Go out about 4 times a week (sometimes a lunch, sometimes dinner with drinks) I also use a weekly deficit. I mean my weight loss is not staggering fast, but this is just a journey and this is how I'm going to be.. forever I hope. I don't want to regain the weight so now is…
-
Only time I gained with my Mirena is when I ate more then I was burning. I haven't noticed anything different for my weight loss (personally)
-
You're in luck.. this is totally normal! You're probably retaining water from your increase in exercise. Every time I lift heavy, I just expect an increase in the scale. It's no biggie and I know it's not forever. I personally use a trendapp to record my weight, it shows me my 'trend' is downward even when my scale says…
-
I do this.. a bit. I used to do it spot on, but now I just work around things I have going on during the week and I do a 'weekly' deficit over a daily one, but I still have days where I'll drop a day down to 700 calories (I am way too active to do 500 calorie days).
-
Ignore this. First of you can't spot reduce and the military diet is terrible.
-
Depends on the day.. if I'm starving and I have extra calories I eat.. however, if I feel fine then I don't. But then again I go for a weekly deficit instead of daily. And I monitor how much I'm losing, if it's too much.. I eat more. I do not want to lose muscle (well as little as I can).

This isn't just for weight loss, but for life in general and I have it everywhere I go. Stop waiting for Friday, for summer, for someone to fall in love with you, for life. Happiness is achieved when you stop waiting for it and make the most of the moment you are in now.
-
Alcohol makes me dehydrated too. So I don't log it on MFP, I may log it on my trendapp that I use as that's what it is for - to show me the trends so I toss in my weight every day.
-
I go for a weekly deficit. This allows for a lot of spontaneous things to come up that I don't feel guilty over. And I have no issues saying no if I've already had a few too many spontaneous things that week. As this is (for me) about real life and doing this the rest of my life. I will probably always have some ups (mmmm…

Also if you are going to order one less pizza, maybe if you eat the first slice slowly as suggested, a lot will be gone when you get to the next slice, thereby forcing you to only have 2 or 3 I also agree with mint gum (I do this all the time, as people bring a lot of cakes, squares, etc into my work)
