Your doing the hardest part tracking what you eat that's the biggest part of losing weight :) you are going to lose it ! Just enjoy everyday towards your goal

It's not easy to find that balance that's why not everyone is walking around with a six pack :)

im going to give you some advice that I was given a long time ago and didn't want to hear it then do lots of cardio so actually just testing that theory now but I'm a believer in weights and calenstetics all of them use your core and the eating plays a big part too

Do you feel you have to squat more to keep it up ? Or you just genetically got it ?

You might have only heard that but I'm sure there are many going by you that you are motivating them to get out there and exercise too so don't ever be self conscious I love seeing ones exercise

Squats still scare me I always wonder will I be able to lift the weight but I really love them

3 days a week I work my glutes but I'm really wanting to drop the body fat now just don't want to lose what I worked for last time I started running every day it started going flat I just don't know what that balance is that I can do both at the same time

Well that obese cat lost 4 pounds on that treadmill so maybe I'll give it a try

Can you get the same results from running treadmill at highest incline as running hills ?

It's hard to not notice that's what scares me away from the treadmills and straight to the squat rack

Do you lift weights on a empty stomach ? Or doing cardio ? I love cardio on a empty stomach never tried weightlifting
