How much it would help to ease my anxiety. I had no idea it was going to make me feel so much better emotionally. My breakdowns are fewer and less severe than they were a year and a half ago when I first began.

I can climb into the recliner that my fiancé is sitting in and we can both be comfortable. That's insane to me. 75lbs ago I didn't trust myself alone in a recliner most of the time.

I'm 5'7". I started at 281.2lbs, current weight is 209.2lbs, my goal weight is somewhere between 150-170. The lowest I can remember being as an adult is 180 so I have no idea what lies past that.

When I graduated high school almost 8 years ago I was wearing a size 12 in my jeans. I got all the way up to a size 22. So we ended up changing the date so we could have the venue that we wanted. Which means that my wedding date is exactly one year from tomorrow!!

How strong and fast your fingernails would become! I used to take supplements to make my nails strong, now I just get healthy foods in me and it takes care of itself!

When I don't want to cook I take out a dinner plate and fill it 3/4 with raw vegetables and fruits then the last quarter I add some cheese and hummus and maybe some crackers. You HATE being sat at a table in the center of the restaurant because that means your back is to people.

I have to remind myself to stop drinking water about an hour before I leave work so I can make it through an entire workout at the gym without stopping for the restroom. I never EVER thought I would be telling myself to stop drinking water. I guzzle it all day now! :)

I eat a crap ton of vegetables for my snacks throughout the day. I also really don't eat a breakfast. I drink coffee all morning with very little creamer and no sugar. Between meals and snacks I drink water.
