I'm so impressed with people who can start their day with exercise. I would fall asleep at my desk during work! Luckily I have enough wiggle room in my life to be able to workout in the late afternoons and early evenings. Kudos to you!!

Out of curiousity I tried on a pair of jeans that 3 weeks ago I couldn't get over my thighs, this morning those jeans slipped right up and I even buttoned them comfortably and wore them to work! Heck YES!

I do karate and I cannot wait to order a smaller sized gi! I've been wearing this extra long gi jacket because my shorter one kept working it's way out of my belt. Goal is to be in a smaller jacket by summerish! Also I want to run an entire 5K this year without stopping.

My work is cutting hours for the winter (45-47 hours/week down to just 40/week) and I am actually stoked! I can workout in the morning and not have to get up at the butt crack of dawn for it!

At first it irritated me, but now I find I get antsy if I start eating a meal before I log it. I have become addicted to the data.

I never log my coffee that I drink every morning. I log the creamer I use but not the coffee. Call me lazy but I don't think I should be calorically penalized for consuming something that saves my co-worker's lives. I'd kill them without it!

As everyone else said it's really up to you, I'm not a big morning eater. I drink a cup of coffee and eat a granola bar (about 150 calories).
