I think taking 1500 like you did is the way to go. 1330 seems too low based on your activity. Give it 2 weeks at 1500 and see where you're at.

I have a high school near my house. I'll walk there and get on the football field. I'll sprint 100 yards, then walk back, then repeat this 10 times, then head home.

1 cup of plain greek yogurt. Add 1/2 scoop of your favorite protein powder and mix. Drop in 2 tablespoons peanut butter. Approx 400 calories depending on brands of protein powder and yogurt....40+ grams of protein and some healthy fat.
