my favorite these days is one tablespoon of sour cream mixed with 2 tablespoons of salsa- a generous amount of dressing for only 35 calories.

Most definitely add it. I set aside calories in my day for my 2 evening martinis and it hasn't been a problem. I'm still losing weight, maybe a little more slowly but I really love my drinks in the evening, so I don't mind.

I like my 2 martinis in the evening. I just save enough calories for them. Still losing though perhaps not as fast, but one has to live, right?

Me too, I have to take 10mg Crestor daily. I have way high cholesterol naturally. Some folks' body chemistry is just wacky for no good reason.

I used a box grater to make mine, found a cool blog on line about it with a video. After I made them with the grater (used 2 medium), put them in a sieve and tossed them with a little salt.
